TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

To secure your booking, we require 50% deposit with the balance due 30 days prior to your check in date.

Payment can be made via PayPal or by direct deposit into our Australian bank account.

For cancellations, we offer a hassle-free refund policy, however, the following cancellation fees apply (based on total booking amount):
 
10% fee for cancellations up to 60 days prior to check in
25% fee for cancellations made 59-30 days prior to check in
50% fee for cancellations made 29-7 days prior to check in
No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check in (or no show)
